Important Updates

We value our patients above anything else, and that includes your most precious resource: time. We do everything we can to minimize the wait time of patients who entrust us with their care. We would appreciate it if you could kindly respect our time as well. At Maestro Dental, Dr. Huang and our team will treat you and your time with the utmost respect, professionalism.

When You Come In

  • Text (425) 626-1688 with your full name and time of appointment upon arrival and wait in your car. Do not enter until you receive a "Please come in" text response. Our front door may be locked until we are ready for you. Please read the sign outside our door and follow instructions provided. DO NOT KNOCK ON OUR DOOR OR TRY TO FORCE ENTRY.

  • When checking in, inform staff if you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

  • All patients will need to have their temperatures taken, wash their hands thoroughly, and use oral rinse before entering the treatment area.

Keep In Mind

  • Should you need to update information (address, phone number, insurance, etc.), let us know at least a week prior to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to provide us with the correct insurance information, or your insurance changes and you fail to notify us in a timely manner, you may be responsible for the balance of a claim.

  • Be mindful and arrive early/on time for your scheduled appointments. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE AS IT CAUSES DELAYS AND INCONVENIENCE TO OUR TEAM AND OTHER PATIENTS. Should you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we will check to see if we are able to squeeze you into our schedule or into a later appointment slot. However, if the doctor is unable to fit you in, then your appointment will need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider. Note: We accommodate late-comers in the best manner possible, but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other patients. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be deemed as a no-show and you will be asked to reschedule.

  • Schedule your 6-months routine dental exam and cleaning at least 1-2 months in advance before you are due. We are currently booking at least 2 months out for teeth cleaning appointments so please make your appointments in advance.

  • Calls may not be answered immediately as we are busy assisting other patients or out of the office. Please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, number, and reason for calling, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Voicemails with unclear messages may not be returned.

  • Should you have an urgent dental emergency after-hours, and/or during weekends/holidays, please TEXT a detailed message with your full name, phone number, and a brief description of your dental emergency at (425) 626-1688.

WE WILL ALWAYS TRY OUR BEST TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR DENTAL EMERGENCIES PROMPTLY.

How you can help

  • Request appointments using our online appointment request form.

  • Schedule appointments via text and/or email when possible. We cannot reserve an appointment slot unless you confirm ASAP. Please respond in a timely manner so we can confirm that your appointment is successfully booked.

  • Refrain from rescheduling once your appointment has been scheduled. Please note your appointment is confirmed when scheduled. In order to be respectful of other patients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call us at least 48-office hours (Tue-Thur) in advance.

  • A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 48-office hours (Tue-Thur) before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. Late Cancellations/No-Shows will result in $75 missed appointment fee.

  • Make payments promptly online via our website Bellevuemaestrodental.com or send us a check via mail.

PLEASE BE PATIENT AND RESPECTFUL TO OUR STAFF AND DOCTOR.
