We requires a MINIMUM of 48-office hour (Tues - Fri) notice of appointment cancellation. Appointments missed and are not previously cancelled or rescheduled WILL result in of a $75 FINE.
Rescheduling/ cancelling appt is not considered final unless a reply is made by our office staff.

New Patients
Please call (425)270-8888 to make a new patient appointment
or complete an online appointment request.
Your first appointment usually consists of full-mouth-x-ray (FMX) taken by our assistants,
and comprehensive examination and prophylaxis (cleaning) by Dr Huang personally.
If you took FMX within the last 3-5 years,
please SIGN our release form regarding your previous dentist's info,
and we will request your x-ray for you.
If you do have DENTAL insurance coverage,
please let the front desk know and have all necessary info READY
at the time of scheduling your first appointment.
Remember to bring your government-issued picture ID and insurance ID card ready at your first appointment.
